Sometimes just some screenshots say more than enough..
So I think all of our biggest fears with the online dating world, besides never meeting a normal guy, is potentially meeting a serial killer and ending up in a ditch. Well sometimes you just cannot be too sure, I mean I am sure there are some super attractive serial killers who even have decent day jobs. My most recent messenger made sure to be very upfront that he is in fact a psycho and was even kind enough to photograph the murder weapon to help with the future police investigation.
At the end of the day, everyone wants someone who loves and cares about them the same way (or at least just as much) as you care about them. Online dating has of course become a more popular choice. The argument (from the movie, “He’s just not that into you”) is that people do not meet each other organically anymore. It’s true, although I still have a friend here or there who picked up a guys digits at the grocery store. (Something about that kale, it’s sexy as hell). So instead of the old-fashioned way of dating, we as a society have emerged into the realm of online dating. What’s hilarious to me is the surplus of rude, out of context and just plain funny messages that are now sent in the realm of dating. These messages are definitely the type that make me want to hunker down with the sender and get together (ha,ha). This blog will be used as a collection of these messages, and also to give us single ladies the hope that is necessary that we are not the only ones in this boat. 🙂 ❤
Below is one of my favorites. i think it’s been sent to me at least 20 times. Reply with your response that you would give him:
